Helping patients regain strength and functional ability not only the office, but in the home as well; are key goals of Therapeutic Rehab Specialists. Our in-home rehabilitation programs are individually developed to address each patient’s unique condition and take into account his or her goals and special needs.
We work with patients who have suffered an injury, stroke or undergone an orthopedic surgery, in addition to patients who have chronic diseases such as Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Our programs are designed to improve patients’ physical abilities, promote safety, increase their strength capabilities and make the activities of daily living easier to manage. One of the benefits of TRS’s in-home PT program is the ability to transition to the out-patient setting once your therapist and physician feel you are safe and capable. This provides for a continuity of care with the same treating physical therapist who can continue to progress the client and achieve further functional goals.
