Performance Evaluations for Young Adults
A highly detailed physical evaluation designed for the athlete and young active adult to assess physical capability, determine areas of joint dysfunction, weakness, and restrictions throughout the body. Once these areas of imbalance are determined, a thorough and comprehensive plan is established for the client to improve physical performance and/or allow for optimal aging!
We offer physical performance training and conditioning with registered physical therapists. We recognize that many people train in a manner resulting in spinal and articular damage. We instruct individuals in goal specific training programs that focus on core stabilization, proper body mechanics, improved balance and coordination, proper spinal mechanics, proper spinal stabilization and joint protection.
